Crock & Griddle:
An elegant take on a comfort food classic
Grilled to order Back Truffle Manchego and Vermont Cheddar mini Griddle Sandwiches Accompanied with Roasted Plumb Tomato Bisque, Tarragon Oil

Taste of Asia:
Sesame Marinated Breast of Chicken Stir Fried with Oriental Vegetables and Ginger Soy Glaze. Accompanied with Thai Peanut accented Undo Noodles. Cooked to order in a classic Wok. Served in white Chinese Take Out containers with Chop Sticks.

Southern BBQ Station:
House Smoked Pulled Pork Shoulder, Red Pepper and Sweet Corn Succotash, Black Eye Pea Salad, Chipotle Honey Barbecue Sauce. Served with Slider Buns.

Sicilian Pizza Shop:
Oven Dried Plum Tomato with Mozzarella and Asiago with Fresh Basil.
Gorgonzola, Caramelized Onions and Black Olives.
Wild Mushroom, Truffle Oil, Smoked Bacon and Fresh Ricotta.

Homestyle Mashed Potato Bar:
Yukon Gold Mashed Potato and Cinnamon Sweet Potato Puree
Cheddar Cheese, Fried Onions, Brown Gravy, Dried Cranberry, Sliced Almonds, Maple Syrup, Sour Cream.
Note: This station may require rental of Martini Glasses as this makes for the most elegant way to serve them.

Hudson Valley Bacon Station:
Scrumptious variety of local artisan bacon, cooked perfectly and served with Wonderful dipping sauces: Caramelized onion and sour cream dip, Wasabi Aioli, Sweet Maple Syrup, Chocolate fondue, That’s right …Chocolate!

Asian Noodle Bowl Bar:
Design your own bowl:
Vietnamese Stock, Shaved Beef, Chicken, Scallion,
Green Veg, Hard Cooked Egg, Mushrooms, Sriracha.

Mexican Taco and Carnitas Cart:
Southwestern Seasoned Beef, Braised Pork, Corn Tortilla, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole. Cilantro, Diced Onion, Sour Cream, Shredded Jack Cheese.

Belgian Wheat Beer and Vermont Cheddar
Mountain Smoked Bacon and Gorgonzola
Served with an array of chopped Garden Vegetables, Cubes of Hearty Country Breads, Crispy Pita Chips and Soft Pretzel Loaf.

New York Kosher Deli:
Thinly Sliced First Cut Corned Beef Piled High on Jewish Rye. Classic Potato Knish. Cole Slaw and Pickles.
