Siobhan English & Joe Gonzalez
Saturday November 26, 2016
We can’t say enough great things about this beautiful couple that got married on Saturday November 26, 2016. After tying the knot at St. Joseph’s in Middletown, everyone joined together for the reception at Brotherhood Winery – America’s Oldest Winery, located in Washingtonville, NY. Cocktail Hour kicked off with delicious food and cocktails of course!
Cocktail Hour Menu:
Passed Hors D’oeuvres
Italian Themed Stations
Baja Fish Taco
House Smoked Pulled Pork
After Cocktail Hour on the patio, guests grabbed their place cards, which were attached to their wine stopper favor. Such an excellent way to kill two birds with one stone and of course, such an appropriate favor for a rustic, winery wedding!
They entered into the Grand Monarque Hall for the reception, in which they were welcomed with a delicious Local Baby Greens Salad at their seats. For the main entrée, they had a choice between our Petite Tenderloin of Beef with our famous Jameson’s Irish Whiskey Sauce & Crispy Shallots, Chicken Chasseur with Mushrooms, Bell Peppers & a Port Wine Reduction Sauce or Sesame Seared Salmon with a Ginger Soy Butter Sauce – YUM!!
Siobhan sent us some beautiful shots that Traverse The Tides Photography, took of the set up. They chose grey table linens with a white cloth napkin to bring out the roses and hydrangeas in their centerpieces assembled by Bassett Flowers located in New City, NY.
The party quickly kicked into gear with some fun tunes from the energetic DJ Teddy! Boy did Siobhan & Joe have a fun crowd. Everyone was out of their seats dancing all night long (some even standing on their seats haha!!) All that dancing really racks up an appetite again, so it was time to cut that wedding cake from Homestyle Desserts Bakery!
And being that the Gonzalez’s wedding was right after Thanksgiving, we of course needed a variety of Fresh Baked Autumn Pies & Apple Cider Donuts to go with it! Whatever flavor pie you wanted, you name it and we got it – Apple, Pumpkin, Blueberry, Cherry, Pecan and wash it down with some Apple Cider – YUM!!
It truly was a pleasure working with Siobhan & Joe during this special time in their lives. They are an amazing, fun, adorable couple and Inn Credible Caterers wishes them all the happiness and love in the world. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Gonzalez!
Also, wanted to say thank you for the amazing review 🙂
Again, just wanted to give photo cred to the wonderful photographers that shot the Gonzalez wedding. We have had the pleasure of working with them many times at Brotherhood Winery and hope to continue working with them in the future – AJ & Jennie Ranieri of Traverse The Tides Photography.
