Our Farm to Table menu is created using 90% local ingredients. Produce items are hand picked from the bountiful Hudson Valley and crafted into cuisine that is extraordinarily simple and fresh. Due to market pricing and seasonal availability some items may not be available at the time of your affair but will be replaced with something equally as perfect! All proteins are guaranteed to be 100% natural and free of antibiotics or growth hormones, as is the case with all Inn Credible Caterer center products.
